My husband and I made a few visits into the store in show Low before deciding on a dining room set. Dennis, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs. The store was clean and inviting. Dennis took time with us and made us feel very comfortable. When we need something new, we will definitely go to Furniture Row.

Dennis was extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Shipping was arranged easily within just a few days. Bought a leather couch and pretty lamp. Will return soon for dining table set as prices are excellent.

Gary is amazing! A manager from a different Furniture Row promised a sales price, even wrote it on her business card. When I returned the price was not honored. I was on the verge of never going to Furniture Row ever again but decided to try texting through the online chat. Gary was very sympathetic to the situation and matched the price that I had been promised by the other manager. I will definitely purchase through Gary and this location of Furniture Row in the future. Big thank you to Gary for showing me that people still have honor and believe in customer service!

Yesterday we took my Mom shopping for a bedroom set. Patrick was extremely helpful in finding what she needed. The store didn’t have the right style, sizes and colors. Patrick took the time to find the furniture from their online selection, and found the perfect set she absolutely loves! Helped her choose the perfect mattress and pillows tailored to their sleeping needs. Very professional and patient. Definitely recommend Furniture Row and Patrick! Great experience!!

This store is the best for variety and quality of furniture at a good price on the mountain. Everyone is nice at this location, Kayla was the one who helped me with everything and she was the best! Would recommend this store to anybody!

Love Furnature Row Center (Denver Matress). Had a huge selection of living room pieces. Patrick was our sales person, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a beautiful set of reclining leather furniture. Our order arrived over a week earlier than expected. The delivery crew, Josh and Stetson, were professional, tidy, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Great prices!

Jaime was very professional and friendly to work with. He greeted my family and I and welcomed us into the store. He allowed for us to shop without distractions. I enjoyed my experience at the store and would recommend working with him to anyone else.
